EULA - End User License Agreement

Important - read carefully: This End User License Agreement (hereinafter "EULA") is a legal agreement between you and Mini Data Tools (the MiniDataTools). Using our SOFTWARE, as specified in this license agreement, you agree to the terms and conditions of this license agreement. Read it carefully before you complete the installation and begin using the SOFTWARE. If you do not agree to the terms and conditions of this EULA, do not install or use the SOFTWARE. By installing, copying, or otherwise using the SOFTWARE, you hereby consent held responsible for complying with the terms of this license agreement.
1. GRANT OF LICENSE.
MiniDataTools grants you a license to use one copy of the SOFTWARE on one computer. In this case, the member is a company or a legal or natural person for whose account was paid license. Using the SOFTWARE the means "to install, use, access, display and run SOFTWARE". You may not modify the SOFTWARE or disable any of the protective measures licensing or control, except when it is used for programming SOFTWARE parts. The license can not be transferred to another system or to another person or entity.
1.1 SOFTWARE.
The definition SOFTWARE includes all programs belonging to MiniDataTools and is available for downloading from our website.
2. TRIAL PERIOD AND REGISTRATION.
You may use the SOFTWARE without registration solely for the purpose of evaluating for a period not exceeding 30 days. If after this time you wish to continue using the SOFTWARE, it must be registered in accordance with the terms of MiniDataTools, as indicated in the registration information accompanying the SOFTWARE. It is assumed that during the trial period SOFTWARE you will be able to evaluate the usefulness and functionality before you buy it. Approach "try before you buy" is the best guarantee that the SOFTWARE will meet your requirements.
3. PROPRIETARY RIGHTS.
Software belongs exclusively to the MiniDataTools, and is protected by laws and international copyright treaties and other intellectual property. This license confirms only the provision for use, but not the transfer of rights and can not be the basis for the sale of any rights related to the SOFTWARE.
4. COPYRIGHT.
All title, copyright and other intellectual property rights in the Software belong to MiniDataTools or its suppliers and is protected by copyright laws and international copyright treaties and other intellectual property. The SOFTWARE is provided for use (licensed), and not for sale. You understand that no transfer of ownership of the SOFTWARE does not happen, except for those expressly specified in this license. You agree that any copy of the SOFTWARE contains the same proprietary notices as the original SOFTWARE.
5. LIMITATIONS ON REVERSE ENGINEERING, AND DECOMPILATION.
You agree that you will not decompile, disassemble, modify, doing reverse engineer the SOFTWARE as a whole and its parts.
6. DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES.
The SOFTWARE is provided "as is ", without warranty of any kind. MiniDataTools disclaims all other warranties with respect to the product, expressed or implied, including, without limitation, any warranty of merchantability, warranty of fitness for a particular purpose and warranty of non-infringement of third party rights. In some regions are not allowed the exclusion of implied warranties or limitations on how long the duration of implied warranties or the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages, because of the above limitations or exclusions may not apply. This warranty is valid to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, so that your rights may vary.
7. SEVERABILITY CONTRACT.
In the case of invalidation of any part of this license, the parties agree that such invalidity shall not affect the validity of the remaining parts of the license.
8. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY FOR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES.
Regardless of the circumstances, MiniDataTools can not be held liable for any damages whatsoever, including special, or consequential damages, whether direct or indirect damages arising from the delivery of SOFTWARE, run SOFTWARE or its use, even if MiniDataTools has been previously advised of the possibility of such damages. In no event shall the liability of MiniDataTools for any claim based on contractual obligations, liabilities, owing to injury, or any other, does not exceed the size of your license fee, if any.
9. GENERAL PROVISIONS.
This license agreement constitutes the entire agreement between you and MiniDataTools, and supersedes all prior or contemporaneous oral or written agreements concerning the subject of the license. If any part of this agreement is determined to be invalid or unenforceable, it will not affect the ratio of this agreement, which will remain valid and legally binding. In the event of your breach of the terms of this agreement, it will automatically be deemed terminated. MiniDataTools reserves the right to change this agreement in writing in its sole discretion.
